This suggestion DOES NOT wean off smoking, but supports the client’s motivation to never want to smoke again! As the reasons for smoking are very individual, it is recommended that a trusted hypnotherapist is visited in order to be weaned off smoking properly. That is why this suggestion is called “Remaining a non-smoker” rather than “Becoming a non-smoker”. Many important core suggestions that will work on the attitude towards smoking are provided. This is the key so it’s actually enjoyable not to smoke. It’s easy for those who enjoy and don’t forgo! It is recommended that clients listen to this suggestion every day for at least three weeks after being weaned off smoking. Can be combined with the “Health Box” and “Sport Box”.
