Visualising light is an ancient meditation method. Light represents life and has a wonderful effect on the entire organism. The powerful thing about visualisation during hypnosis is that both mind and body cannot differentiate whether something is actually happening or whether we are just imagining it. Even if the client is not good at imagining things or has difficulties forming images in the mind, imagining what it would be like to see those images can help. Can be combined with the entire “Health Box”.
