Often, negative feelings are hard to dissolve or bannish immediately. If these feelings and emotions are only bannished or suppressed, they will return in some shape or form and are usually much more harmful then. They will rise to the surface and the more they are ignored, the more they force their way back into life – whether as a psychological or physical problem. One thing is clear: unprocessed feelings and emotions that have not been acted out or have been suppressed will lead to illness. This hypnotic exercise should be carried out regularly so it can be internalised and unfold its effect. In case of severe anxiety disorders, professional help is advised.
