Information about deactivated contents from the HypnoBox App
Dear HypnoBox User,
The new EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) will come into effect on 25 May 2020. In accordance with this regulation, digital app contents that refer to diagnostic illnesses have to undergo complex certification as a medical product. HypnoBox is and will remain a lifestyle product, which is why we reluctantly had to say good-bye to some of our suggestions and sessions. In this way, the app can stay as it is.
The contents in question will be automatically deleted from your previous sessions and you will receive a notification about this before playing these sessions. Sessions from boxes that have been removed in their entirety will be completely deleted. Here, too, you will receive a notification when you want to play them.
As is commonly known in relation to video streaming platforms, it may happen that contents must be removed for legal reasons.
We are currently working on beautiful new contents and are constantly adding them.
