All suggestions of the lucid dream box
Dreaming knowingly: A lucid dream is a dream where the dreamer is aware that he/she is dreaming. This means the dreamer can start to control the dream and influence his/her actions. Using this box, the client will fall asleep with the right suggestions and the right mindset so that the dream state can be recognized. It is recommended to find out more about the subject.
These sentences can be integrated into a session used for falling asleep (without awakening). Each suggestion is repeated 8 times as a sentence, with a pause of 6 seconds in between. The client will find it most effective if the sentences are repeated in the mind once he heard them. In this way, they can sink deeply into the subconscious, become new beliefs and take effect.
